Please sign up for the Parent Portal by following the Mozaik Parent Portal Guide or watching this tutorial on YouTube. You will have access to your school fees statement on the portal when they are available.

For children who must take medication at school please complete the Administering Medication Form.
When working with outside agencies (psychologists, speech and language therapists, etc.) we ask for a Release of Information Form to be completed so that we can communicate with them about your child.
School Supplies for Low Income Families
To help low income families to defray the cost of school supplies Centraide offers a Sharing Store. You must qualify and register for the program.
